We had a really good experience with Reedwood Post Acute, and I honestly don’t get some of the bad reviews. The team there was amazing to our loved one and to our family. The staff was kind, patient, and clearly cared. This place does a great job serving the Asian community, and that cultural understanding made such a difference in comfort and trust. It never felt rushed or cold — people actually took the time to check in and explain things. Skilled nursing care is hard work, and the team at Reedwood shows up and does it with heart. We’re very thankful for how they treated our loved one and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Coming from a prior acute hospital setting, I can pleasantly say this skilled nursing facility provides the utmost comfort and care to their residents and staff members. Reedwood Post Acute is organized, clean, professional, and provides exemplary care to all their residents and skilled patients on a daily basis. In house healthcare providers are available for residents providing around the clock care which include MD, Nursing (RN’s, LVN,), CNA’s Therapy PT/OT/RT/ST. Dietician, Podiatrist, Dentist, ENT, Ophthalmologist and any other supplemental care is added on as needed to provide optimal care. In addition, patients, are provided a variety of daily activities that they can participate in, social services, housekeeping, maintenance, dietary director, and so much more. Highly Recommend!

This care facility has been wonderful to our sister. Very kind compassionate people from all nurses and physical therapists to the dietian. We would not hesitate to recommend it highly.

Where do I start. My mother in law came here to recover after surgery. The place is old outdated and stinky. The staff is cold, distant, and unapproachable. No one is ever at the front desk, to greet you when you arrive. The call button for a nurse is very outdated. You press a button for A light to light up outside of your room. It’s not like in a hospital where you talk to a nurse. You have to just wait for someone to come in and hope that they see the light and hope it’s not an emergency . And if you drop the call button, you’re out of luck until somebody comes in to check on you. I would never recommend this place to anyone!! and I can’t wait to get her home. The first night, she had to go to the bathroom, she ended up taking herself to the bathroom because the nurse was taking a long time, and she needed to go asap. I’m not sure where the four stars are coming from, but that’s a joke!!! Please go somewhere else!!

Older facility but excellent care and staff. Noticeably more organized, professional, and responsive than other nursing homes I’ve experienced.

This is a wonderful place to receive skilled nursing and therapy services. The team is passionate, hardworking, knowledgeable, and attentive to your needs. We provide daily activities, meals, therapies and resources to improve your well-being and overall strength to be able to safely and successfully discharge back home.

This is an excellent facility. All of the staff – nurses, physical therapists, administration were all very kind and so helpful. They really try their best to look out for all of their residents. The food is good as well. We also appreciated the small garden in the back. Overall a positive experience at Reedwood – thank you!

The hard working staff here are all so friendly and competent in their skills! All the physical therapists know their jobs and improved my rehab significantly! The nurses and CNA’s were all beyond wonderful and always cheerful! The administration staff was first rate and always there to answer questions! All in all you couldn’t pick a better place for your rehabilitation needs! Thank you all so much!!

Employees are not only extremely competent they’re also very friendly and treat the patients like family. Food is really good both Asian and American. PT people are amazing and quickly got me in shape and ready to go home. They made PT and OT both effective and fun. I can’t tell you much I enjoyed Physical Therapy, they are the best! I can’t explain how much I got out of my stay, significantly better after than before. If you’re looking for a place for a relative or even yourself this is the place to go.

Communication: Poor communication between staff, residents, and families can lead to misunderstandings and dissatisfaction from CRM. Quality of Care: Concerns about inadequate medical attention or oversight can arise, particularly for residents with complex health needs. Activities and Engagement: A lack of meaningful activities can lead to feelings of isolation and boredom among residents.
